Prior to this appointment, Baltabaev served as the Executive Director of the Association for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Kyrgyzstan, where he oversaw the implementation of numerous important projects aimed at developing this sector.
Now, as Deputy Minister, he will be responsible for areas related to processing, organic production, and export. His work is expected to have a significant impact on supporting local farmers and enhancing the country's food security.
