Investigators of the Bishkek Police Were Reminded About the Prevention of Corruption

A meeting was held at the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital, attended by employees of investigative units, the press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs reported. The head of the Bishkek Main Department of Internal Affairs, Azamat Toktonaliev, emphasized the importance of preventing corruption and the necessity of holding accountable those citizens who attempt to offer bribes. The proposals of the investigators were also heard, and answers to their questions were provided by the leadership. During the meeting, Toktonaliev highlighted the significance of supporting novice investigators, urging more experienced colleagues to take on the role of mentors. He noted that adherence to professional ethics and active combat against manifestations of corruption are key responsibilities of every police officer.
