A video has surfaced online that mocks the Kyrgyz language, provoking a strong public reaction.
According to information provided by the Bishkek City Police Department, this incident has been recorded in the automated information system of the JUIs, and an investigation has been initiated.
Employees of the Special Purpose Unit of the Bishkek City Police Department and the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted operational activities, as a result of which the identities of the individuals captured in the recording were identified. They turned out to be T.K., S.S., and M.M., all born in 1991. They were soon detained and handed over to the Investigative Service of the City Police Department.
At the moment, examinations have been appointed for a legal assessment of their actions, and additional checks are being conducted. Depending on the results, a decision will be made in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
