According to preliminary data, the mother of the victim contacted law enforcement after her daughter, I.T., born in 2008, was forcibly placed in a car near the "Atake" store by two unknown individuals — a man and a woman, on the evening of January 17.
According to the information, the girl was subjected to beatings and torture, including attempts to strangle her. She was later left near the "Zhannat" hotel in the eponymous village of the Chui district.
This incident has been registered under Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic — "Kidnapping of a person".
Law enforcement agencies have detained two suspects: A.A., born in 1994, and A.E., born in 1993. They are currently in a temporary detention facility, and the investigation is ongoing.
