The incident occurred on January 12, when one of the city residents contacted the police. The man reported that around two o'clock in the morning on Gorky Street, he was attacked by unfamiliar young men who took his iPhone 13 ProMax.
This case was registered as robbery in accordance with Article 206 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Law enforcement officers detained three suspects: S.E. (born in 2006), S.B. (2008), and Ch.A. (2010). They were placed in a temporary detention facility, and the Pervomaisky District Court chose a preventive measure of two months' arrest.
According to the investigation, the robbers used a car with fake license plates. They targeted lonely passersby, asked them to make a call, and then forcibly took their mobile phones and fled the scene of the crime. During the detention, four mobile phones obtained through criminal means were found in their possession.
Law enforcement officials do not rule out that these individuals may be involved in other similar crimes. In this regard, the police are appealing to anyone who has been a victim of the actions of the detainees or has any information to contact the following numbers: 0 (998) 81-04-06 or 102.
