
In the Panfilov district, as a result of an inspection initiated by the Chui regional administration, it was found that a group of citizens had illegally shot three pheasants. This information was provided by the press service of the agency.
The offenders were caught at the crime scene, and two administrative protocols were drawn up against them in accordance with Article 261 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result, they were fined 20,000 soms.
Additionally, a claim was filed for 15,000 soms to compensate for the damage caused to the animals for the three shot birds.
The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision reminds that illegal hunting causes serious harm to the ecosystem and violates the rules for the use of natural resources. The agency urges citizens to strictly adhere to laws in the field of nature protection and reports plans to continue conducting similar raid activities.
