At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Bolot Borbiev shared the problems faced by citizens applying for benefits for children under three years old. According to him, many residents from various regions of the country are experiencing difficulties in this process.
He also emphasized that in the past, the names of several villages were incorrectly translated from Kyrgyz to Russian, which exacerbates the situation.
“Some village names are not displayed correctly in the 'Tunduk' system. I request that the Cabinet of Ministers be instructed to promptly correct this error,” Borbiev stated.
Additionally, the deputy noted that after the ADB reform, the distances between villages have increased, making it difficult for low-income families to submit the necessary documents on time. “It is necessary to make this process online to simplify the submission of applications,” he added.
