On February 24, the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Health Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic held a training seminar aimed at improving the qualifications of medical workers using artificial intelligence technologies.
According to information from the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, the goal of the event was to enhance the professional training of specialists and to implement modern digital solutions in medical institutions. Participants in the training not only gained new knowledge but also developed specific recommendations for using AI in their work.
Opening the seminar, the Chairman of the Trade Union of Health Workers, Sultan Abdykadyrov, noted:
“In our healthcare system, there is a significant amount of paperwork, which distracts medical workers and deteriorates the quality of service. Through digitalization and the implementation of artificial intelligence, we can significantly ease the burden on medical professionals by freeing them from routine tasks. Our goal is to keep pace with modern technologies and actively integrate them into daily practice. I am confident that the knowledge gained today will help us take an important step in this direction.”
During the training, participants learned about the practical aspects of applying artificial intelligence for analyzing medical data, automating document flow, improving the quality of patient care, and enhancing management efficiency.
The seminar was supported by the Kazakh Industry Trade Union of Health Workers and Public Services "AQNIET". The program included practical sessions, group discussions, and analysis of relevant topics, providing participants with valuable knowledge and the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues.
