In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, on March 12 from 09:00 to 18:00, the supply of drinking water will be temporarily suspended in a number of areas. This information was provided by the city mayor's office.
The shutdown will affect the area bounded by Dostoevsky, Ankara, and Auezov streets, as well as a section along the railway. In particular, the residential areas of "Altyn Ordo," "Kara-Jyach," and the Police Town will be affected.
The reason for the shutdown is planned repair work at the "Kontreserve" water intake and in the city's water supply systems.
