Mayor of the Osh region, Janarbek Akayev, conducted an inspection of suburban areas that could become sites for new manufacturing facilities.
According to the city administration, during the inspection, the mayor familiarized himself with the condition of the plots and their infrastructural capabilities.
Akayev emphasized that the creation of modern industrial zones will be a significant stimulus for the economic development of the region. "This will not only create favorable conditions for business but also provide local residents with reliable jobs," he noted.
According to the city development plan and the increase in the number of industrial enterprises, the territories are to be divided by types of production:
- Ozgur village - agricultural cluster.
- Japalak village - food industry enterprises.
- MTU "Alymbek-Datka" - heavy industry.
- MTU "Jibek-Jolu" - light industry.
