The mayor of the city of Osh, Janarbek Akaev, representing President Sadyr Japarov, handed over the keys to a new three-room apartment to the family that welcomed quadruplets. This information was provided by the Osh city administration.
According to official data, the apartment is fully ready for living and equipped with everything necessary for caring for infants. In addition to this, the family was gifted cribs and strollers. This assistance was provided by the state with the aim of improving living conditions and caring for the future of the children.
Congratulating the family on behalf of the president, the mayor wished the newborns health and many years of life. The parents of the quadruplets, in turn, expressed their sincere gratitude to the president for the support received.
It should be noted that on March 12, 2026, at the maternity hospital of the Osh Regional Clinical Hospital, 26-year-old Dilshoda Artykova from the Aravan district became the mother of four children: one boy and three girls.
