Cottage 73-1, located within the "Fountain" recreation center, is situated in the resort village of Kara-Oy (Dolinка). The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, equipped with cold and hot water, and underfloor heating. The entire cottage is rented out for a maximum of 5-6 people.

In the cottage: satellite TV in the living room, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, kettle, pots, and all necessary dishes. In the rooms: bed, nightstands, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair.
