The Recreation Center "Kapriz" consists of the main hotel building "Residence" and cottages. All rooms and cottages are decorated in a classic style in warm tones, according to European standards, with everything necessary for comfortable year-round living.
In each room: wardrobe, television, satellite TV, safe, mini-refrigerator, telephone, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and dishware. There is round-the-clock hot and cold water supply in the room with a boiler (Ariston), heating is provided by stationary heaters (electric). The bathroom has a separate toilet with a shower cabin, a hairdryer, and cosmetic accessories. The balcony offers a view of the lake. All rooms are designed in soothing colors.
Metida Royal Villa, with an area of 181 m2, consists of two-story atrium cottages with 4 bedrooms and a living room with soft furniture and a fireplace, located on the second line from the shore. Each cottage is equipped with a kitchen, has 4 bathrooms, and its own plot, balcony, and terraces with views of the lake and mountains. Hot and cold water supply is available 24/7 (boiler "Ariston"), with underfloor heating on the first floor and stationary heaters on the second floor.
The recreation center features several restaurants and bars.
