The Recreation Center "Caprice" is located 5 km from the city of Cholpon-Ata, in the village of Baktyu-Dolonotu. It is a year-round, guarded recreation center designed to accommodate more than 1000 people. The "Caprice" Recreation Center is the best place on the coast for family vacations, sports rehabilitation and training for competitions, corporate retreats, and business events.

The "Caprice-Issyk-Kul" Recreation Center offers its guests accommodation in cottages and apartment buildings of "Holiday Village" and rooms of the "Residence" hotel.
The accommodation capacity of the Recreation Center consists of 140 rooms. Guests can choose from various rooms: from cozy single rooms to luxurious two-story villas with lake views.
In all rooms: a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, satellite TV, telephone, furniture set according to international standards, household appliances, and a tea set. All rooms have balconies/terraces.

For children: there are playgrounds, swimming pools, cultural and entertainment programs with animators, children's coach services for athletics, volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, and swimming. Mountain excursions and horseback riding are offered, and all conditions for sailing sports are available.
For business: The "Caprice" Recreation Center offers you a conference hall for 180 people, where conferences, business meetings, exhibitions, and banquets can be organized. High-class audiovisual equipment and experienced hotel staff will help you organize meetings professionally and interestingly. Guests also have access to a business center offering modern office equipment, translation, and secretarial services. The hotel has its own guest parking lot.

The pier is also suitable for walks and diving. The sufficient length of the pier allows you to move away from the beach and feel all the beauty of Issyk-Kul Lake. The recreation center also invites you to visit one of the two steam rooms located on the pier right above the mirror-like surface of the lake, enjoy all the delights of the steam room, and immediately feel the freshness of the cool waters of Issyk-Kul Lake.

This is not fiction, but just a water scooter, carrying you in a controlled water flight at speeds of up to 1.5 meters per second. ATVs, which have become very popular among our hotel guests, are also available for your use. The ATVs of the "Caprice" Recreation Center are designed for unforgettable journeys and off-road rides. A uniquely shaped balloon in the form of a tablet, connected to a boat, allows you to ride above the water and experience incredible sensations. Issyk-Kul is a unique non-freezing lake with brackish water, located among the Tien Shan mountains, at an altitude of over 1600 m above sea level.
The "Caprice" Recreation Center presents you with a sports base for pre-competition training and holding competitions of various levels.
"Caprice" is designed to accommodate more than 700 athletes simultaneously, providing modern conditions that meet world standards for accommodation and sports activities. The presence of coniferous and deciduous alleys in the conditions of the mid-mountains and the developed infrastructure of the village make "Caprice" an excellent place for sports, training, and simply relaxing during recovery after competitions.
It is well known how beneficial training in high-altitude conditions, especially in mid-mountain areas, is for sports results, overall health, strength, and endurance of athletes. Today, this is the most popular and only legal way to gain an advantage over competitors. Acclimatization and subsequent adaptation at Issyk-Kul Lake are much easier for most athletes than in other similar places, due to the unique combination of altitude at 1607 m and a large saline body of water.
