The entertainment center "Cosmopark" was opened on December 8, 2011, built on the basis of new trends in the entertainment industry – the era of multiplexes has arrived, when people have less free time and want to get the most out of it.
The "Cosmopark" entertainment center became the first complex of its scale in Bishkek, combining various types of entertainment for children and adults: an extensive children's play area with over a hundred gaming machines and simulators from leading global manufacturers, a summer playground, a roller rink, bowling halls with 12 lanes from the American brand Brunswick, and an eight-hall cinema with 1,678 seats, along with numerous cafeterias for different age groups.
By now, "Cosmopark" has gained an unofficial status as a landmark place for relaxation for residents and guests of the capital. This has been made possible by the continuous development and expansion of the center and its range of services. The "Cosmopark" entertainment center has been reconstructed several times:
February 2013
The largest hall of the "Cinematica" cinema chain was opened, and the children's play area was expanded. The hall has a capacity of 378 seats, with a screen width of 17 meters and a height of 7 meters.
March 2014
The latest 3D system MasterImage 3D Horizon (r) was installed in the Beeline hall of the "Cosmopark" entertainment center. MasterImageHorizon is a new, brightest system in the manufacturer's lineup for 3D movie screenings, featuring better light efficiency, more vibrant colors, and more accurate images.
July 2014
In support of the development of domestic film production, two halls for screening films by Kyrgyz directors were opened. The capacity of the halls is 68 and 71 seats;

The first IMAX hall in Kyrgyzstan was opened at "Cosmopark", marking a new step in the development of the "Cinematica" cinema chain and the entire film and entertainment industry in Bishkek.

Thanks to perfectly tuned speakers and their thoughtful placement, the audio system conveys the sound of a falling shell with such precision that you can easily determine where it fell. The design of the cinema halls is carefully thought out and planned so that viewers can have unforgettable experiences. The magic of IMAX films is created through complex mathematical calculations. The technology meticulously restores each frame to accurately convey the director's vision. By simultaneously using two projectors, optimal balance of color temperature and clarity is achieved. In IMAX, it's hard to distinguish the image from reality.
IMAX Corporation is a Canadian company operating in the entertainment industry, specializing in cinema technologies and wide-format film screenings. It has been a leader in cinematic technologies with a sense of presence since 1968. August 2016 saw the opening of the largest laser arena in Central Asia, covering over 400 square meters – LaserTag. It is equipped with technology from the Canadian company Lazer Runner LaserTag Systems, which holds leading positions in the market and provides the best examples of equipment for this exciting game.

- The Beeline hall is the largest hall in the "Cinematica" chain, with 378 seats, a screen width of 17m, and a height of 7m. The "Emgek" hall accommodates 71 seats, while the "Muras" hall has 68 seats. Halls 1, 2, 3, and 4 are identical, with capacities of 205 and 208 seats, and screen sizes of 12m in width and 5.7m in height. All halls are equipped with cinema screens with a unique design that seem to "float" in space. The projection of the image fully occupies the screen area down to the last square millimeter. "Excess" reflections are suppressed by special light catchers. These features create a sense of complete immersion and maximum volumetric image. All five halls can show films in 3D format.
