PRADO features two sports halls. The equipped and comfortable gym and aerobics room have all the conditions for creating a flawless figure. All the latest developments from the world of fitness equipment are available. Both halls: the gym and aerobics room have a special ventilation and heating system. The shower stalls are separate and located right there.
The programs that the sports instructors work with are tailored to the individual characteristics of the client. And how can we do without energetic dancing? Right! We can't! The choice of direction is up to the client.
In the pool, the following services are offered: swimming lessons with a coach, aqua aerobics, and aqua aerobics for pregnant women.
RESTAURANT
