The guest house 'Greenville' is located in the very center of the resort area of Cholpon-Ata, just a 3-minute walk from the city beach (100 m) and the therapeutic beach of the 'Blue Issyk-Kul' sanatorium, in a special area with a favorable microclimate near the residence of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Greenville features a spacious fenced area with lush greenery, a shady courtyard, a garden with apricot, walnut, cherry trees, and numerous relaxation zones equipped with hammocks, benches, and lounges. The ethnically styled house has 2 entrances: The first entrance leads to a room with 2 single beds and a double sofa. The hallway has a refrigerator and a small sofa. The room is equipped with a separate shower and toilet. The second entrance leads to 2 rooms with two single beds and a room with two single beds and a double sofa. The hallway has a sofa and a table with chairs. There is also a shower and toilet. This setup is perfect for a family, a group of friends, or as a hostel.
The semi-luxury rooms are equipped with beds, nightstands, a common hall, a bathroom, and a veranda for 4 rooms. This setup is excellent for a large family or a group of friends. There is a shared refrigerator.
The upgraded semi-luxury rooms are equipped with one double bed and one single bed. The room includes a wardrobe, nightstand, refrigerator, table and chairs, and a TV with satellite channels. Each room has a separate shower and toilet. There is a green courtyard in front of the rooms. The rooms are decorated in a Mediterranean style.
Meals are provided three times a day in the café on the territory of the guest house, upon request from guests. European and national cuisine.
Children under 5 years old stay free of charge, without a bed and meals; discounts apply only for 1 child.
The guest house is located 50 meters from the 'Blue Issyk-Kul' sanatorium, allowing our guests to improve their health by undergoing therapeutic procedures, mineral baths, and mud treatments.
Markets, shops, cafés, and bars are all within walking distance. There is free guarded parking available. The owners can provide transfer from the airport or train station upon prior request.
