The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums has begun accepting applications from citizens wishing to participate in the extraordinary elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh. These elections are scheduled for November 30, 2025.

As of October 28 of this year, the CEC has received 20 applications from candidates representing constituency No. 10, which covers the Kara-Kulja and Uzgen districts (number of voters: 136,218).

The boundaries of the constituency include: Bash-Dobonsky, Tort-Kolsky, Iyri-Suysky, Jazinsky, Myrza-Aken, Kara-Shorosky, and Salam-Alyk villages of the Uzgen district, as well as Alayku, Kara-Guz, Kara-Kochkor, Kara-Kulja, Oi-Tal, Sary-Bulak, and Ylai-Tal villages of the Kara-Kulja district.
