Based on the decision of the CEC, the following candidates have withdrawn from the elections:
- Ziyaidin Jamalidinov — district No. 3;
- Akai Kydyrov — district No. 19;
- Chyngyz Tumunov — district No. 3;
- Zulkaynar Kayumov — district No. 24;
- Boronchu Kudaybergenov — district No. 29.
It is worth reminding that the upcoming elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh will be held under a revised system. The country will be divided into 30 multi-mandate districts, and three deputies will be elected from each of them. Each trio must include at least one woman, ensuring gender balance. Voting will take place on November 30.
