As of October 26, 28 applications have been received from residents of district No. 19, which covers the Sokuluk and Lenin districts of Bishkek (there are 138,373 registered voters here). Of these, the Central Commission has registered 5 candidates.
The district includes: Gavrilovsky, Zhany-Pakhtinsky, Nizhne-Chuysky, Manas, Voenno-Antonovsky, and Kun-Tuisky rural areas of the Sokuluk district, as well as MTU-106 (to the ATR village of Novopavlovka), Ak-Orgo, Ak-Ordo, and MTU-103 Ala-Too in the Lenin district of Bishkek.
