As of October 26, the CEC has registered 13 applications from citizens related to district No. 28, which includes the Jeti-Oguz and Ton districts, as well as the city of Karakol (the total number of voters is 160,181). The boundaries of the district include: the city of Karakol, as well as the entire Jeti-Oguz, Kyzyl-Suu, Orgocor, Barskoon, and Jargylchak rural districts of the Jeti-Oguz district, as well as the Kun-Chygys, B. Mambetov, Ula-Hol, and Ak-Terek rural districts of the Ton district.
