As of October 26, the CEC has received 26 applications from candidates in district No. 27, which covers the Issyk-Kul, Tyup, and Ak-Suu districts. The total number of voters in this district is 157,722 people. The boundaries of the district include: the city of Cholpon-Ata, as well as the rural districts of Toru-Aigyr-Tamchinsky, Shaiybek-Atinsky, J. Abdrakhmanovsky, and Sadyrakensky in the Issyk-Kul district; all rural districts of Karasaevsky, Issyk-Kulsky, Balbaysky, and Karkyrynsky in the Tyup district; as well as Khan-Tenirsky, Karakolsky, Altyn Arashansky, and Kydyraekensky in the Ak-Suu district.
