As of October 26, the CEC has registered 18 applications from voters in district No. 29, which includes the city of Balykchy and the Kochkor, Toguz-Toro, and Jumgal districts (total number of voters – 138,152). The district includes: the entire city of Balykchy; all of the Ormon-Khan, Cholpon, Kum-Dobon, Sary-Bulak, and Kara-Suu rural communities of the Kochkor district; as well as the Atay, Kargalyk, and Toguz-Toro rural communities of the Toguz-Torou district; and all of the Bayzak, Kuiruchuk-Kyzart, Jumgal, Min-Kush, Tugol-Sai, and Chayek rural communities of the Jumgal district.
Currently, the CEC has registered two candidates:
Adilet Cholponbekovich Belekov, born 08.07.1991, represents the farm "Belek Agro".
Askarbek Baktybekovich Kuruchbekov, born 13.09.1991, serves as the executive director of LLC "DOSOY GROUP".
