As of October 26, the CEC has received 17 applications from citizens wishing to participate in the elections for district No. 26, which includes the city of Tokmok and the Chui and Kemin regions (the total number of voters is 132,142). The boundaries of the district include: the city of Tokmok in its entirety, as well as the Burani, S. Ibraimov, Birimdik, Onbir-Zhylgyn, and Chui rural districts of the Chui region, as well as the city of Kemin, the city of Orlovka, and the rural districts of Kichi-Kemin, Kyzyl-Oktyabr, Chon-Kemin, and Chym-Korgon from the Kemin region.
At the moment, the CEC has registered three candidates:
Farkhat Aibekovich Kozhomkulov — 11.13.1989, assistant to a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh.
Eldar Kurmanbekovich Abakirov — 04.14.1981, deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh.
