The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums (CEC) informs the citizens of Kyrgyzstan, both within the country and abroad, about the upcoming early elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30.

It is reported that a mechanism for remote voting will be implemented in the elections. This innovation will allow citizens to vote from wherever they are, without being tied to their place of registration. The ballot will be formed based on the electoral district corresponding to the voter's registration address within Kyrgyzstan.

The CEC clarifies that for citizens abroad, registration at the consulate is not mandatory for participation in the voting.

When identifying the voter, the system will automatically determine their electoral district based on registration data and provide the corresponding ballot. This means that every citizen will be able to vote for a candidate from their district, emphasizing the importance of current registration in the country, as stated in the press release.

If your registration indicates an address outside of Kyrgyzstan or if you do not have a permanent address within the country ("propiska"), you can contact the nearest diplomatic mission of the Kyrgyz Republic to make changes to your registration data by November 19, 2025. Voters also have the opportunity to check and, if necessary, update their information through the electronic service "Voter's Cabinet" on the official website tizme.gov.kg, by going through the established authorization process. Applications can be submitted until November 19, 2025 (inclusive), the CEC reports.

It is recommended to check your information in advance and take the opportunity to participate in the upcoming elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.
