The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan has reviewed the applications of those citizens who have nominated themselves for the early elections to the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30, 2025.
The following candidates have submitted their refusals to participate in the elections:
— Kyshtobaev Kairat Darkanbaevich, district No. 23, application submitted on October 24, 2025;
— Zairbek uulu Nurbolot, district No. 10, application submitted on October 25, 2025;
— Janseitov Tynaybek Kanybekovich, district No. 26, application submitted on October 25, 2025;
— Osmonaliev Kairat Mederbekovich, district No. 19, application submitted on October 26, 2025.
The CEC of the KR, taking these applications into account, also canceled the registration of the authorized representatives of the candidate for district No. 26 Tynaybek Janseitov, namely T.A. Soltobaev and Tynychbek uulu Ulan, who were registered by the commission's decision on October 15, 2025.
