As of October 26, the CEC has registered 14 applications from voters in district No. 24, which covers the Sverdlovsk district with a number of voters totaling 134,326 people. The boundaries of this district include MTU-301, 302, 303, 305, 308, as well as MTU-304 of the village of Nizhny Ala-Archa in the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek.

Karybek uulu Ulukbek, date of birth: 10.13.1990, is a deputy of the Bishkek City Council.
Akimbaeva Gulnara Orozbekovna, born 01.30.1971, holds the position of senior prosecutor in the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Ergeshov Kazybek Kochkorovich, date of birth 04.22.1969, is a deputy of the Bishkek City Council.
Ibraimakunov Daniyar Omurbekovich, born 08.08.1990, serves in the Ministry of Defense.
