As of October 27, the CEC has received 14 applications from candidates for district No. 28, which includes the Jeti-Oguz and Ton districts, as well as the city of Karakol (number of voters: 160,181).
The boundaries of the district: it includes the entire city of Karakol, as well as all the rural districts of the Jeti-Oguz district, such as Kyzyl-Suy, Orgochor, Barskoon, and Jargyldak. From the Ton district, the Kun-Chygys, B. Mambetov, Ula-Hol, and Ak-Terek rural districts are included.
