A concert of baroque music featuring flutist Janek Rosse from Switzerland will take place in Bishkek


On September 21, a concert of baroque music featuring flutist Janek Rosse from Switzerland will take place at the T. Satylganov National Philharmonic, the organizers report.

Thus, the program will feature exclusive works by the greatest composers - Franz Benda, Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, and Antonio Vivaldi.

Janek Rosse was born in Fribourg (Switzerland). He began his flute training at the Fribourg Conservatory in the class of Jean-Paul Hering. At the age of 20, he graduated with honors from the conservatory. He continued his studies in Lausanne, where he received the Premier Prix de Virtuosité award. A significant influence on the young flutist was Jean-Pierre Rampal. While still studying, Janek Rosse was invited to work with the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra. A few years later, he began working with the Tonhalle Orchestra in Zurich. Alongside his performing career in the orchestra, Janek Rosse began an active teaching career, first at the Fribourg Conservatory, then at the Schaffhausen Conservatory and the Zurich University of the Arts.
