On October 26 at 18:00, the opening of the anniversary season of KVN Kyrgyzstan will take place at the Sports Palace named after Kozhomkul.
This year is special for KVN. Firstly, it marks 50 years of KVN in Kyrgyzstan. The first KVN game took place in our country in 1964. Now it is 2014. This means KVN has been in Kyrgyzstan for half a century!
Secondly, the 20th season of KVN Kyrgyzstan is not just a number – it’s 20 years of humor! There’s another reason to be proud of Kyrgyzstanis, as our permanent host and club president, Evgeny Akopyan, has been hosting KVN games for nearly 20 years, meaning only Alexander Maslyakov Sr. has hosted KVN games longer than him in the world.
The School League of KVN Kyrgyzstan will open its doors on October 31 for the leading teams from the city of Bishkek. And here we have a celebration – the 10th season.
In general, all this inspired the thought that we decided to call the 20th season of KVN the "SEASON OF ANNIVERSARIES".
So, at the opening of the 20th season of KVN on October 26, we will meet with the teams "SVOI" (KRAO), the POLYTECH team, "BREEZE" (KRSU), the MEDA teams (KGMA), BGU, AGUP KR, "SERIES A" (KSU named after Arabayev), "WITHOUT COMPLEXES" No. 17, "VIKINGS" No. 29, "OXYGEN" (team), "DOLON" (KGTU named after Razakov), and others.
On this day, KVN players will celebrate 50 years of the game on stage at the Sports Palace!
