Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Burun Amanova drew attention to the problem of the lack of educational places in the Kadamjay district and proposed using unfinished buildings to create social facilities.

In her address, she pointed out the presence of a large unfinished building on the Kaiser Abad site, covering an area of 18 hectares, as well as another unfinished facility at the entrance to the village of Pülgön. Amanova called for the completion of their construction and their transfer for use as schools to address the issue of overcrowding in educational institutions.

She cited the example of the Masaliev school, where up to 48 students are taught in one class. The deputy suggested considering the possibility of relocating district services to Kaiser Abad, and using the vacated building of the district administration for the needs of the Masaliev school.

Additionally, Amanova noted that there are similar abandoned buildings in the village of KAITPAS, where residents are also requesting repairs and the use of these facilities for social needs.

The deputy also touched upon the issue of the lack of places in the recently opened Sattarov school in Kök-Talaa, noting numerous appeals from parents requesting an increase in the capacity of the educational institution.

Amanova paid special attention to parents' complaints about the sale of imported toys, sweets, and unknown substances near schools and kindergartens. She proposed to strengthen control and conduct inspections through sanitary services to determine how these goods are entering Kyrgyzstan and on what grounds they are being sold to children.
