At the meeting of the permanent commission on economics, budget, finance, and investments held on February 9, Vice Mayor Azamat Kadyrov stated that the total costs for the capital repair of educational facilities in Bishkek amount to 2.5 billion soms.

Deputy Kanikei Alymkulova from the "Zhanı Kutch" party inquired about the total amount required for the capital repair of educational institutions.

In response to her question, the vice mayor reported that the current budget of the capital for 2023 allocates 510 million soms for these purposes.

The commission is also studying the draft budget of the city of Bishkek for 2026.
