According to the press service of the Ministry of Construction, the main focus of the meeting was on the technical condition, quality, and pace of construction of 20 new schools in Bishkek.
During the discussion, important issues related to project implementation, provision of construction materials, organization of labor resources, compliance with safety measures, as well as financing and execution of work according to the established schedule were also addressed. To prevent possible delays, the contracting organizations were given appropriate recommendations.
According to the president's directive, in 2023, the construction of 20 schools in Bishkek has begun at the expense of the republican budget:
- in the Oktyabrsky district – 6 schools;
- in the Leninsky district – 6 schools;
- in the Pervomaysky district – 5 schools;
- in the Sverdlovsky district – 3 schools.
