On the night of October 30, rain is expected in most areas of Chui and Issyk-Kul regions, as well as in some places in Naryn region, where snow may fall in the mountains. No precipitation is forecasted in other areas.
No precipitation is expected on October 31.
On November 1, rain is predicted in some areas of Chui and Talas regions at night, and snow in the mountains. In the morning and during the day, rain is expected in some parts of Chui region, while snow is anticipated in high-altitude areas. No precipitation is expected in other regions.
No precipitation is expected on November 2 and the night of November 3. However, on November 3, during the day, rain may occur in some areas of Chui and Talas regions, as well as in the foothills of Jalal-Abad region, with snow in the mountains.
On November 4, rain is expected in most areas of Jalal-Abad and Batken regions, as well as in some parts of Chui, Talas, Osh, and Naryn regions, transitioning to snow in the mountains. In the morning and during the day, rain transitioning to snow is also forecasted in many areas, with snow in mountainous regions.
On November 5, wet snow is expected in most areas of Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions, as well as in some areas of Chui, Talas, Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions.
It is forecasted that the western wind will strengthen to 4–9 meters per second on November 1 and up to 15–20 meters per second in some places during the day on November 3.
"According to forecasts, starting from November 4, an anticyclone from the north will come to the country, leading to a decrease in temperature and a transition from rain to snow. More accurate data will be provided closer to the date, and we will issue a storm warning," she added.
