Due to the precipitation that has fallen and is expected, from March 16 to March 18, avalanches, snow drifts, snow cover, and icy conditions are anticipated in mountainous areas and on highways.
This concerns the following roads:
- Bishkek—Osh 121-138 km (Töö-Ashuu pass), 198-265 km (Ala-Bel pass, Chychkan gorge),
- Myrza-Ake—Kara-Kulja—Alayku 74-115 km,
- Ala-Buka—Janybazar—Kirovka 68-101 km (Chapchyma pass),
- Krasnaya Gorka—Ak-Tash 1-4 km.
When passing through avalanche-prone areas on highways, it is necessary to strictly maintain a distance of 500 meters between vehicles.
