A meeting was held in Bishkek under the leadership of the Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, Meder Mashiev, where issues related to the digitalization of the geological sector and the preparation of the information system "Nedra" for testing were discussed.
As noted in the agency's statement, within the framework of this digitalization, the Geological Service of Kyrgyzstan is developing a geological information system called "Nedra." The focus during the work is on its functionality and readiness for field testing.
An important aspect is the integration of the system into the operations of the geological service and its effective use in the field of subsoil use.
"Currently, the 'Nedra' system is operating in test mode, and its implementation will significantly improve the accounting of geological data, increase the transparency of processes, and enhance the quality of public services in this area," the ministry reports.
The system is being developed by JSC "Tündük." One of the key advantages of the system is the ability for individuals and legal entities to receive geological services and submit applications in an online format.
