In the Chon-Kemin Nature Park, winter feeding of wild animals continues. As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Nature, rangers have placed hay at special feeding sites along the "Zhanibek" route.

During the monitoring conducted, roe deer were observed coming to the feeding sites, and traces of wild boar were also found. Animal counts are carried out using a smart monitoring system.

This nature park represents a unique ecosystem with untouched landscapes. It is located at an altitude of 1400 to 2800 meters above sea level and is surrounded by mountain ranges on three sides. The Chon-Kemin Park is home to rare and endangered species of animals, including the Turkestan lynx, snow leopard, Tien Shan brown bear, and maral.

Additionally, the park is home to seven rare species of birds, including the black stork, steppe eagle, bearded vulture, golden eagle, and serow. Some of these species are listed in the International Red Book.
