In 2025, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic recorded 202 violations of vehicle emission standards, resulting in fines totaling over 3.7 million soms.
Additionally, during inspections of enterprises in the same period, 450 protocols were issued, with fines amounting to 9.87 million soms. Notifications regarding the necessity to comply with environmental standards were sent to 3,795 entities.
It should be noted that since December 10, 2024, regular raids for air quality protection have been conducted in the country in accordance with Order No. 382. These activities aim to reduce pollution levels and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
