In the Issyk-Kul Nature Reserve, video cameras have started capturing interesting moments from the lives of rare birds. This was reported by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
Due to improvements in the material and technical base at the beginning of 2026, the reserve staff was able to significantly enhance the quality of wildlife monitoring, allowing them to obtain more accurate data on the state of the animal world. As a result of the observations, species such as mallards (Anas platyrhynchos), swans, ducks, and other feathered creatures were recorded.
The recording was made in the Kokuy-Kol sections No. 1 and No. 2, which are located in the Jeti-Oguz branch of the Issyk-Kul State Nature Reserve.
