



Currently, the Central Election Commission continues to accept applications from citizens wishing to participate in the repeat elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for the multi-mandate electoral district No. 13.
The voting day is set for March 1, 2026.
The CEC also reported that the deadline for submitting applications ends 30 days before the voting, that is, on January 29, 2026, at 18:00.
So far, the commission has received applications from the following candidates who have nominated themselves:
Akyilbek Sovetbekovich Arstanbekov (04.02.1965) – chairman of the board of the NPF "Kyrgyzstan";
Erkinbek Sadyrbekovich Mamataev (01.23.1972) – temporarily unemployed;
Ulanbek Zhalalovich Asanov (11.30.1970) – chairman of the board of directors of OJSC "Issuer of Virtual Assets";
Baktybek Asanovich Asamudinov (05.30.1966) – representative of the Bar Association of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Toktorali Kaldarovich Kalmatov (05.29.1976) – private entrepreneur;
Ulanichbek Kaldarbekovich Cholponov (03.01.1981) – head of the Bazar-Korgon RES.
Kadyirbek Musaevich Matsakov (03.31.1977) – private lawyer;
Gulnara Pazylzhanovna Abdyrazakova (10.29.1976) – head of the GTS department for the southern region;
Bakyt Kalbaevich Matsakov (06.01.1989) – director of LLC "BOUL";
