Repeat elections in district No. 13. 3 candidates have submitted applications to participate in the elections.

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums has begun collecting applications from citizens planning to participate in the repeat elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for district No. 13, scheduled for March 1, 2026.
So far, the following candidates have submitted their applications:
1. Ulanbek Jalalovich Asanov, born on November 30, 1970, currently serves as the chairman of the Board of Directors of the JSC "Issuer of Virtual Assets".

2. Erkinbek Sadirbekovich Mamataev, born on January 23, 1972, is currently temporarily unemployed.

3. Akylbek Sovetbekovich Arstanbekov, born on April 2, 1965, is the chairman of the board of the NPF "Kyrgyzstan".

The acceptance of applications for participation in the repeat elections will close on January 29, 2026, at 18:00, which is 30 days before the voting date.
