Repeat Elections in District No. 13. Who Has Already Submitted Documents to Participate

The Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic has begun accepting documents from those wishing to participate in the repeat elections for constituency No. 13. These elections are scheduled for March 1, 2026.

The first to submit documents was Akylbek Sovetbekovich Arstanbekov, who nominated himself. Currently, the list of participants is as follows:

We remind you that on December 3, the Central Election Commission reviewed cases of violations in constituency No. 13, where 94 polling stations operated. There are 160,340 registered voters in the constituency. In the previous early elections, 14 candidates for deputies were registered; however, during the verification, it was found that observers representing the registered candidates illegally installed cameras at 35 polling stations on election day, which violated the principle of the secrecy of voting. As a result, the CEC canceled the registration of all 14 candidates who participated in the elections.
