According to the election results, the following candidates were elected as deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for constituency No. 25:
- Shabazov Bakhridin Valievich — 10,062 votes (22.01%);
- Tentishev Bakyt Erkinovich — 7,108 votes (15.55%);
- Seytkazieva Erkeayim Alimovna — 3,225 votes (7.05%).
In preparation for the elections in the multi-mandate constituency No. 25, 79 polling stations were organized, and the voter lists included 141,908 people. Of these, 46,632 voters exercised their right to vote, which constituted 32.86% of the total number of registered voters in the constituency.
At the polling stations in the constituency, 42,703 people voted, accounting for 30.09% of the total number of voters, while 3,929 voters voted remotely, or 2.77%.
A total of 17 candidates were registered for the elections in constituency No. 25, and all of them participated in the voting. According to protocol No. 25 of the district election commission dated December 4, 2025, the voting results are as follows:
1. Imankov Akan Erikovich — 1,295 votes (2.83%);
2. Moldokulova Gulzar Kumarovna — 444 votes (0.97%);
3. Soltonbekova Aliza Karybekovna — 1,257 votes (2.75%);
4. Seytkazieva Erkeayim Alimovna — 3,225 votes (7.05%);
5. Terdikbaev Erlis Djekshenovich — 2,041 votes (4.46%);
6. Tashtanbekov Akbokon Dukenovich — 3,511 votes (7.68%);
7. Junusbekov Torokan Beyshenbekovich — 445 votes (0.97%);
8. Sherikulova Minara Anarbekovna — 750 votes (1.64%);
9. Kulmambetov Bakytbek Cholponbekovich — 954 votes (2.09%);
10. Tentishev Bakyt Erkinovich — 7,108 votes (15.55%);
11. Karabaeva Kanymbu Isirailovna — 256 votes (0.56%);
12. Alkanova Elnura Saidyrakmanovna — 2,441 votes (5.34%);
13. Asanbekov Zhanibek Asanbekovich — 3,990 votes (8.73%);
14. Shabazov Bakhridin Valievich — 10,062 votes (22.01%);
15. Moldobaev Baktybek Sadyrovich — 1,300 votes (2.84%);
16. Jumalieva Zhyldyzkan Zainidinovna — 2,609 votes (5.71%);
17. Nikitenko Natalia Vladimirovna — 2,098 votes (4.59%);
18. "Against all" — 1,993 votes (4.23%).
During the preparation and conduct of the elections, the district election commission received 28 notifications. All of them were carefully reviewed, and written responses were provided for each, along with appropriate decisions made.
