The Central Election Commission (CEC) is analyzing the voting results in the single-mandate electoral district No. 13, where early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh took place on November 30. The information was presented by Meerim Kozhokeeva, head of the election process organization department.
The conclusion will be based on data obtained from the protocols of the precinct election commissions, as well as summary materials from the district commission.
According to preliminary results announced by the CEC, Bakyt Sydykov took first place in this district, receiving 17,397 votes. Aibek Altynbekov rose to second place with 13,477 votes.
