In his address, he noted:
“Dear candidates, trusted representatives, supporters, and all participants in the elections!
The Central Election Commission has already begun taking measures against certain candidates who have violated the law. We will not allow the bribery of voters, the use of illegal campaigning methods, or any actions that may tarnish the honor and dignity of other participants in the elections.
It is important to emphasize that President Sadyr Japarov is personally overseeing the process of holding early elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. The head of state places great importance on ensuring that the elections are conducted fairly, transparently, and strictly in accordance with the law.
I want to warn all candidates and their supporters: campaigning must be conducted solely within the framework of the law, with respect for voters and your opponents. In case of violations, strict measures will be taken, up to the annulment of the candidate's registration.
No one is immune. Everyone is equal before the law.
The Central Election Commission will act within its powers against all who violate the rules, whether they are candidates, their teams, or individuals spreading slander and misinformation.
I appeal to all participants in the electoral process: comply with the laws, respect the choice of citizens, and ensure that this electoral campaign becomes a model of honest political competition.”
The early elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in Kyrgyzstan will take place on November 30, and the campaigning period for candidates began on November 10.
