This event will feature experts in the real estate sector and representatives of strategic partners from Kyrgyzstan. The main goal of the trip is for participants to practically familiarize themselves with the concept of the integrated urban model (All-in-One), which is currently a relevant trend defining the future of megacities around the world.
This event illustrates RCA Living's commitment to international cooperation and experience exchange aimed at establishing a new standard of urban life in Bishkek.
A delegation from Kyrgyzstan visited the office of ROX company.
Practical study of successful integrated All-in-One city models in Vietnam.
Unlike regular conferences, the FAMTRIP program was created as a practical journey, allowing participants to directly observe and experience how the integrated urban model functions in everyday life.
If the first FAMTRIP program in June 2025 focused on the “All-in-One” concept through conferences and introductions, the second event stood out for its scale and depth, offering a multi-layered experience—from exploring local culture to familiarizing with modern international urban development models.
Over five days and four nights, the delegation visited a number of iconic urban projects in Vietnam, demonstrating the successful implementation of the “city within a city” concept.
At Times City, participants were shown a modern urban development model that includes an underground shopping center, schools, medical facilities, entertainment zones, and residential quarters with internal transport. This project is considered a mini-city and a pioneer of the All-in-One concept in Vietnam, providing residents with access to all necessary services in a safe and comfortable environment.
At Vinhomes Ocean Park, participants learned about one of the largest urban ecosystems in the country, featuring an artificial sea, extensive green and water spaces, international schools, and sports complexes. This project is regarded as a new generation All-in-One model, where the values of life, community, and investment coexist harmoniously.
Goldmark City offered a unique experience with an open art space and decor in the style of contemporary Singaporean art, creating a distinct community identity.
The delegation studied the residential complex Goldmark City.
Royal City, an architectural symbol of Europe located in the center of Hanoi, impressed participants with its design, infrastructure, and high quality of life at an international level.
In addition to the tours, the delegation participated in professional sessions and discussions with experts from ROX Group in urban planning and management, studying service management systems, resident maintenance, as well as the concept of “smart cities” and sustainable solutions for the future.
These discussions became an important part of the program, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of how All-in-One cities operate—from infrastructure design to developing strategies for urban communities. This knowledge will serve as a foundation for the implementation of the Royal Central Park project in Bishkek.
The CEO of Fiesta, Ms. Kanat, evaluating the trip, emphasized:
Integrated All-in-One Cities – A New Perspective on the Future of Bishkek
The FAMTRIP Bishkek – Hanoi 2025 program became not just an introductory trip, but an important step towards implementing the integrated urban model in Bishkek.
Given the active urbanization of Kyrgyzstan, there is a growing need for modern, comprehensively planned, and multifunctional urban spaces. According to Akchabar (2024), apartment prices in Bishkek have increased by more than 30% over the past two years, while the supply of quality housing remains limited. The rapidly growing middle class demands eco-friendly, comfortable, and multifunctional housing—exactly what the All-in-One model offers.
In this context, the Royal Central Park project, the first major All-in-One megaproject in Bishkek, is seen as an important milestone that opens a new standard of living for residents and investors in Central Asia. The project concept is based on the philosophy of “City within the Garden,” aimed at creating a sustainable and eco-friendly community.
Royal Central Park includes over 24,000 apartments, retail spaces of 766,000 m², office buildings, multi-level shopping centers, a central park of 10 hectares, as well as schools, medical facilities, and recreational areas. More than 70% of the area is allocated for green spaces, water bodies, and public areas, ensuring a balance between nature and modernity—a unique advantage for Bishkek today.

Ms. Nguyen Phan Thuy Anh, Business Development Director of ROX Living Global, the managing and development company of the project, emphasized:
Thus, the current FAMTRIP program has become a link between practice and the future, between international experience and local aspirations. From Hanoi, where the All-in-One model is already successfully functioning, to Bishkek, which is actively transforming, RCA Living is creating a strategic platform for experience exchange, contributing to the formation of a new face of cities in Central Asia.
A representative of ROX Living Global, Ms. Nguyen Phan Thuy Anh, added:
The All-in-One concept is already becoming a natural direction of development in highly urbanized countries such as Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hanoi. RCA Living's initiative to implement this model in Kyrgyzstan not only creates a new level of life for its residents but also strengthens Bishkek as one of the most dynamically developing cities in Central Asia, where each quarter becomes a space for interaction, creativity, and progress.
