Present at the ceremony were the mayor of the city, Nurtilek Orozbaev, the chairman of the city council, as well as leaders of local institutions and representatives of organizations.
In his speech, the mayor emphasized the importance of culture for society and announced plans for the complete reconstruction of the "Energetik" Palace of Culture and its surroundings next year.
During the event, Honorary Certificates and Letters of Appreciation were awarded to the staff of the children's art school, the centralized library, and the city House of Culture for their many years of dedicated work in the field of culture.
The celebration concluded with a concert program.
