Then the commemorative evening continued at the district cultural center. Ruslan Djeenbekov, the first deputy head of the Manas district state administration, congratulated the veterans on the 25th anniversary of the Batken events and noted their service to the Motherland. During the event, Zumrad Satyshev was awarded a certificate of honor from the Manas district state administration.
The event concluded with a theatrical performance and a concert program prepared by cultural workers.
