The solemn event took place on October 17 in the assembly hall of the presidential representative office in the Chui region. The event was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Kyrgyz sports and the results of the "I-Am-Champion" Spartakiad, which involved students from children's and youth sports schools across the country.
The Deputy Director of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers, Ulana Kydyrbaeva, presented awards to coaches, veterans, and directors of sports schools from the Jaiyl district.
Among the honored sports veterans were Vladimir Ten, Naamatbek Segizbaev, and Orozbek Toygonbaev, who received commemorative medals for the "100th anniversary of Kyrgyz sports."
Honorary certificates from the state agency for physical culture and sports were awarded to coaches: Natalia Petrova (basketball), Meerim Usueva (volleyball), Ruslan Tulenov (boxing), and Victoria Filkova (athletics).
Boxing coach Aibek Alimkulov was awarded the badge of "Excellence in Physical Culture and Sports of Kyrgyzstan."
Commemorative medals for the "100th anniversary of Kyrgyz sports" were also awarded to the following coaches: Tashkenbay Abdiev (volleyball), Kozubai Sherkozuyev (judo), Temirbek Dolotbakov (toguz korgool), Murat Kurmanaliev (Greco-Roman wrestling), Zamirbek Badakeev (freestyle wrestling), Osmonkul uulu Kumar (freestyle wrestling), Natalia Petrova (basketball), Vyacheslav Abramov (athletics), Azizbek Avazkanov (boxing), Temirlan Satarov (boxing), Aibek Alimkulov (boxing), and Vladislav Gerashchenko (football).
In addition, commemorative medals were awarded to the directors of children's and youth sports schools in the Jaiyl district, Nurzhan Suimonaliev and Aishe Sarieva, as well as to the director of the "Manas" sports complex, Bekzhan Kozhontaev.
