It became known that on October 15, 2025, the head of the "Alaman Ulak" Federation appealed to the investigative department of the Manas City Department of Internal Affairs with a statement. The document indicated that on the same day during the game in Kyzyl-Suu, participants named M. and K. not only violated the rules but also refused to comply with the referee.
This report was registered in the electronic journal of the Manas city police department, which initiated the investigation.
As a result of the investigation, on October 21, the Manas City Court decided to administratively arrest citizens M.B., Y.Sh., K.T., E.A., and T. uulu S. for a period of three days in accordance with the Code of Offenses.
- Previously, conflicts and situations threatening safety often arose between the teams due to the lack of unified standards for conducting alaman ulak. In August 2025, under the leadership of the Chairman of the State National Security Committee Kamchybek Tashiev, the "Alaman Ulak" Federation was established, which developed and approved new rules and regulations for the game.
